Boil 4–6 cups of water. Add 1/3 cup of the herbal blend. Allow it to steep for 5–10 minutes and cool to a safe temperature. Pour into a heat-safe bowl or yoni steam seat. Sit over the steam with a towel draped around your waist to trap the warmth. Steam for 10–20 minutes. Always check the temperature before sitting.
